At Comdata, we strive to provide high-quality SaaS services. Please read our refund policy carefully:
1. Subscription Refunds
Subscription payments are refundable within 14 days of the initial purchase.
After the 14-day period, payments are non-refundable, except in cases of verified service failure or technical issues caused by us.
Refunds for partial months or unused time after cancellation are not available.
2. Free Trials
If you are on a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
You can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
3. Service Issues
If you experience technical problems preventing access to the service, please contact us at livraisonfp@gmail.com
If the issue is confirmed to originate from our side, a refund or account credit will be issued in accordance with this policy.
4. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Requests received after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
All eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days after verification, and funds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
